Summary: Monthly subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Annual subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked.
1. Monthly Subscriptions — 7-Day Guarantee
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- No reason is required — this is a no-questions-asked guarantee.
- Credits or AI generations used during the 7-day period do not affect your refund eligibility.
- The guarantee applies to the first payment of a new subscription only.
2. Annual Subscriptions — 30-Day Guarantee
- Annual plan subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- This extended window reflects the larger upfront commitment of annual billing.
- The same no-questions-asked policy applies.
3. After the Guarantee Period
- After the 7-day (monthly) or 30-day (annual) guarantee period, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for the remaining unused portion of your subscription period.
- Pro-rata refunds are calculated from the date of your cancellation request to the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds are not available for partial months already consumed.
4. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through either method:
- Email: Send your request to [email protected] with your account email and reason (optional).
- Paddle Customer Portal: Access your subscription management page via the link in your purchase confirmation email and submit a refund request directly.
5. Refund Processing
- All refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund is initiated.
6. Free Trial
Free trial periods do not involve any charge and therefore are not eligible for refunds. If you do not wish to continue after a trial, simply cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
7. Exceptions
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension.
